Maternity Photos in Worcestershire

This family had booked their family session with me almost a year ago. Little did they know however, they were soon to be expecting their surprise second baby – we of course then decided to turn their family photoshoot into something much more special – a surprise maternity session so they could announce their news with the family. How magical is that?

We chose a location just outside of Worcester, near Kidderminster – a place close to their hearts where they often walk their dog and spend family time together. When we saw the forecast promising golden skies, we locked in the date… and wow, did it deliver. The sunset was absolutely stunning, wrapping the whole session in warm, dreamy light.

A Beachy Sunset Vibe in Worcestershire

The location itself had a beautiful sandy stretch that felt like a little hidden beach in the middle of Worcestershire. It gave such a relaxed, summery feel to the session – barefoot vibes without needing to leave the county!

Their daughter was on top form, soaking up every second of that uninterrupted time with Mum and Dad. We played games, ran wild, and explored every corner of the space. She laughed, twirled, jumped, and cuddled – totally in her element. The energy was joyful and completely infectious, making it easy to capture authentic, natural moments. These Worcester family photos are the kind that will be treasured forever, freezing that season of being three – just before becoming four.
